Ingredients 材料 :
1）Bing Pi Mooncake Mix 冰皮月饼预拌粉 500gm
2）Shortening 白油 1pkt（Included）
3）Cold Water 冰水 200-230gm

Flav & Colour 香精色素

Method 使用方法 :
1）Mix well all ingredients. 将所有材料混合搅拌均匀。
2）Rest for 10mins. 揉搓成团后，休息10分钟。
3）Scale skin 40% and paste 60% , Press into mould. 将冰皮40克和馅料60克略搓之后，放入模型按出。
