water
sugar 200gm
Method
1.Added coconut juice from 2 young coconuts to plain water till 3000ml, bring it to boil
2.Add 200gm of sugar, coconuts flesh and coconut jelly powder to the solution
3.Mix well, turn off the flame. Pour into moulds and set in fridge
